The 433 Main Street project for Alston Properties required a full retrofit to convert five existing office floors into high-end apartments. Working in a high-rise building poses challenges, and Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. was careful to adhere to the strict and specific requirements, such as the flammability consideration and installation techniques.
