Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. (SCMi) designed an integrated system for the 85-unit Stationside low-rise rental residential in the Lord Roberts community of Winnipeg. The system will utilize an Envision² NXW Chiller to allow for secure, simultaneous heating and cooling throughout the building. This high-efficiency reversible industrial chiller has high capacity for such a small footprint, and its HydroLink Aurora controls platform provides numerous factory-installed options to provide better service and diagnostic abilities, including refrigerant, energy, and performance monitoring.
